Information you choose to share

If you email us or book a discovery call, we receive the contact details and information you provide. We use this information to respond, arrange the conversation, and discuss a possible engagement. Please avoid sending access codes, financial account details, or sensitive household records through an initial inquiry.

Browsing this website

The current website has no on-page inquiry form and does not run a site-installed advertising pixel or visitor analytics service. The Home Value Check and Home Harmony Check calculate results in your browser. Answers remain only in the open page and are not automatically transmitted or saved. Leaving or refreshing the page clears the in-page state. You can choose to print or download a summary; that copy remains wherever you save or print it. Booking a call does not send the questionnaire answers. Please obtain the other participant’s agreement before sharing a joint summary. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Fonts may be delivered by an external font provider, which receives the technical information needed to serve those files. An external service’s privacy practices apply when you use it.

Calendly, email, and videos

Choosing a booking link takes you to Calendly, which processes scheduling information under its own privacy notice. Email is processed by our email service and your provider. We use the resulting information to handle your inquiry and appointment.

This website includes two AI-assisted introductions supplied by Ed and a report film with an original instrumental soundtrack. Videos use the browser’s player without a third-party advertising player. On a hosted website, the media host receives the technical requests needed to deliver the videos; this downloadable review includes the media within the file.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers for hosting, communication, and scheduling. Information may be handled by those providers as needed to deliver those functions. We do not sell inquiry information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

We retain inquiry and engagement information as needed for the purpose for which it was supplied, related recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Client-record access and sharing are addressed as part of the engagement.

Your choices

You can browse without contacting us. You may ask us to correct or delete information you supplied, or ask a question about its use, by emailing ed@lightwellandledger.com. We may need to verify the request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.

Changes

We will update this notice when material website data practices change. Optional analytics or new third-party embeds will not be described as active until they are enabled. The date above identifies this version.
