About this website

This website introduces our home advisory and coordinated maintenance services in Newton, Wellesley, and Brookline. It provides general information; visiting the site, emailing us, or booking a discovery call does not create a client engagement.

Your service agreement

Your accepted written proposal and engagement agreement define the services, fees, term, payment arrangements, cancellation provisions, and any service remedy. Website examples do not replace those documents. Physical work is carried out by qualified service providers, not by this website or an automated report.

Advisory and maintenance scope

Home Advisory organizes information and supports decisions about costs, priorities, and planning. Coordinated Maintenance adds scheduling and records for the services expressly listed in the program. Repairs and optional work outside that scope require a separate quote and approval.

We are not an emergency response service. Do not use this website or routine email for an urgent situation. Contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified emergency provider.

Reports, estimates, and examples

Public examples are illustrative and do not diagnose any property. Scores are advisory discussion tools, not certifications. Cost estimates and replacement timelines depend on assumptions, condition, scope, and current vendor pricing. No specific saving, outcome, property value, or failure-free period is promised.

Our advisory work is not a substitute for licensed home inspection, engineering, legal, tax, investment, or insurance advice. Seek the appropriate qualified professional for those matters. We do not hold client reserve funds.
